This conversational session will allow participants to engage in an intimate conversation on the “burning questions” that participants bring to the session, with a noted researcher, author, and practitioner, considered one of the world’s leading authorities on educational achievement, inclusive excellence, change management, youth development, and chief diversity officers. Dr. Williams has worked with community colleges, research universities, community colleges, government agencies, corporations, and community organizations around issues of diversity, access, equity, and educational achievement. He currently serves as the senior vice president and chief education officer at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where he is charged with leading the organization’s next generation education and youth development strategies for more than 4M youth.
