Audio/Sound System Request Form

NOTE: This form is for internal (MVCC employee) audio requests only and does not include room reservations.

As a courtesy, and in order to secure proper part-time Events and Guest Services staff coverage and equipment availability, sound system requests require two (2) week advanced notice. Please note that this request is for portable sound systems only. If you’re looking for on-site technical assistance within classrooms and conference rooms, please contact the IT Help Desk at x5711 or complete the Media Booking Request Form.
