Objectives:
- Reflect on college progress and achievements over the course of the Pathways Institute series and plan for next steps in the implementation of pathways at scale.
- Consider implications for institutional policy, procedures, and processes in implementing and sustaining guided pathways.
- Clearly call out racial and economic inequities within higher education and the impact on student success.
- Review systems thinking and shared equity leadership including what it looks like in practice, emerging outcomes, and recommended strategies.
- Review guided pathways research for lessons learned and how observations of effective guided pathways practices have evolved.
- Continue building an engaged and equity-minded learning network among Pathways colleges.
