Spring Workshop Registration Form

  2. Please click on the button (to the left of the date) of the workshop(s) that you wish to register for. Click on the Workshop Name for Workshop Description, Presenter, Location and Special Requirements.
        NOTE:
    • You cannot select more than one workshop that run consecutively.
    • The button will not appear if the workshop is FILLED.

    • If you select a workshop in error and wish to deselect it, please click on the "Reset / Clear Form" button on the bottom of the page. You will then have to re-enter all your information on the form.
